What we collect

When you join our list, we collect the information you give us: your email address, and optionally your first name and mobile number. We also record when and where on the site you signed up, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

How we use it

We use your email address to send news, event invitations, and offers from Phoenix & Folly. If you opted in to texts, we use your mobile number to send the same kind of messages by SMS. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to store our list and send email and text messages on our behalf. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.

Cookies and advertising

Our site uses the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies to tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you visit or sign up, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who might be interested. Meta's use of that data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences, and block cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from email using the link at the bottom of any message, or from texts by replying STOP. To ask us to delete your information, email us at Hello@PhoenixAndFolly.com.
