Phoenix & Folly is an all-day neighborhood restaurant and bar on the Columbia: elevated comfort food, serious cocktails, and a little mischief. Your lunch spot, your dinner out, your date-night bar — and the place you accidentally stay three hours longer than intended.
The Phoenix is something new rising on the riverfront. The Folly is why you go out in the first place: one more round, dessert you absolutely don't need, a Tuesday that turns into a story.

Creative originals, classics done properly, flights, good spirits, wine and beer — and a zero-proof list that gets as much attention as everything else. Sometimes the presentation gets a little theatrical. We won't apologize.

Upscale comfort food with a little mischief.
Artisan pizzas from a full-size pizza oven. Smash burgers. Hot chicken. Burrata with fire-roasted tomatoes, whipped goat cheese with hot honey, pizza-oven meatballs, steak frites, chicken parm, spicy vodka rigatoni — and desserts that are frankly irresponsible.
Approachable enough for twice a week. Interesting enough you won't order the same thing.

Test Kitchen Tuesdays
Every Tuesday, the kitchen gets a little weird.
Try dishes that aren't on the menu yet, tell us what you think, and vote. The favorites graduate to the permanent menu. The rest become legends.
You're not just eating dinner. You're on the committee.

The Room & The View
Deep teal, aged brass, cognac leather, dark walnut — and the river right outside.
Warm and bright by day, darker and more cocktail-driven by night. A brass phoenix rises over the fireplace. And tucked around the room: odd artwork, hidden phrases, little brass plaques, a few things you'll only notice on your third visit.
